The Process


The goal of my practice is to help people find practical solutions to their food/eating/weight/diet issues, without delving extensively into the past. While it may be of some use to explore the origin of issues, I believe that looking for the underlying cause of one’s problems is rarely helpful, and certainly not helpful quickly. Even the longest, deepest analysis can, at best, only come up with uncertain conclusions –
and you still have to deal with your weight.

After the initial consultation, we will meet at mutually agreed-upon  intervals to get you started on a personalized weight loss program that will take you as far as you want to go on your weight loss journey. My goal is to help you develop the mindset you will need in order to stay the course.  Be it at the office, on the phone, or by email, I will be in your corner every step of the way, as guide, advisor and support.
